We offer programs for counseling and other therapeutic services designed to support individuals’ and the
public whose needs are not otherwise served.
Our Therapists are all licensed beyond Master level; and, are certified Addiction, Mental Health, and
Domestic Violence. We use traditional and innovative counseling techniques best suited for each individual
Consumer to elicit their personal goal of autonomy and emotional well being.

WHAT WE DO...
Carol Mary Sitowski, began her career in the Human Care field in 1990. Her sixteen (16) years work ex-
perience include and are not limited to: residential substance abuse treatments in TASK, Crimnal Justice,
Probation, MISA, Drug Court; and from the Department of Corrections in various levels of incarceration and
probation in Illinois Counties; community day programs and outpatient adolescent substance abuse
treatment, child and adolescent mental health, DCFS cases, supervised visitation, parenting education, anger
management.
In the Human Care field Carol Mary has been continuously involved in Quality Assurance, and held the
position of Department Director for same at a community mental health center. Her past business ex-
periences include an Illinois Trade- School Instructor Certification after retuning to her alumni Control Data
Institute to teach Secretarial/ Administration, and Business Software Programing course.
Carol Mary obtained the following degrees at National Louis University: B.A. Behavioral Sciences (1995);
M.S. Counseling (2002); and M.S. Management and Administration of Human Services (2004). She holds the
following licenses and certifications: Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, National Certified Counselor,
and Certified Drug and Alcohol Counselor. As well as, Domestic Violence, Addiction, Mental Health, DUI
Evaluation and Facility, and as a Certified Sex Offender Treatment Specialist (CSOTS)
